We got a call from a newbie agent and she was very proud of herself for having done her homework, found a wonderful condo, and her sellers wrote for over 97 per cent of the "LIST" price....as she was mentally calculating her commission..you could hear the smile in her voice. Then today she called back...the smile was missing from her formerly enthusiastic tone...."You know that condo I told you about...." she began....It was listed by someone who has been very successful in real estate and been in it since God was a child.
