referral procedures: Treating Referrals Like the Gift they Are....

. This month we sent a series of referrals to different states. The Sellers and Buyers were people we know very well who trusted us ro make the best suggestions for agents. Neither wanted interview agents...they wanted us to make that choice and send their contact information...and that is what we did. It makes sense to follow directions ....or at least we think it does. We think it's common courtesy...professionalism...to tell us when an offer has been accepted and send a link to the listing be it for a buyer or seller.
