Relocation can mean “Re-Orientation” for buyers coming to your market..the change from one market, climate, state to another can be HUGE. Buyers who come to Wisconsin from the sunny south are amazed with the extra space…both living and storage that come with having the basement that they never had before.
The Florida lanai now becomes the more common deck in Wisconsin. The traditional termite inspection from Virginia can be disregarded…termites can’t survive our change of seasons.
Sunroom….hmmmm….yes…we typically call them 3 season rooms here and many are not likely to be heated or cooled. … (25 comments)
We try and do different things for our sphere, our clients and customers...current and past....because we truly do appreciate their business. The fact that they are placing one of their most valuable assets in our hands...or allowing us to help them choose one...Is truly an honor. This weekend....We are distributing "eatable fireworks" ! Having had a wonderful day..... I went to sleep counting my transferrees...adding commissions.....Designing my Winter Condo....Choosing the color for my mercedes....ahhhhhh... THEN.....This morning...Arizona has to wait to clean out his deceased Mother's home, Missouri thinks maybe she'll just rent a while...Oklahoma hasn't put her house on the market...Michigan may not move at all as he can't sell his house.....
