We are spending the day today with anxious, pre approved Buyers who understand...as we have explained...this is a period of "thinventory" some of the listings we are seeing today are Day ONE on the market. Because we are careful to watch the "Delayed listing" (coming soon in some markets) we will be the first to see these new market entries. Our Buyers are prepared...and some have expanded their geographic perameters to be able to buy now. A dozen years ago when my father was critically ill, we had the good fortune to have Lee Jeske, RN Superior Quality in charge of my Dad's care. The phone has the joyous ring of listing appointment calls....no sweeter music can there be ! It is sometimes hard for Sellers in Wisconsin to "think spring" if their lawn is covered with mounds of snow and the bird bath still frozen. Ahhh...but the minds of the buyers have turned to buying.....they pop thru their searches they have requested and are disappointed if their schedules did not allow for a quick showing....they know that the property that they believed was the home of their dreams already has an offer. We love the fall...the crisp, cool weather...beautiful landscape with nature's paintbrush decorating the foilage. We always say that you "can always get warmer but sometimes it's hard to get cooler."
