Every year as soon as the last Fa La La La is sung...decorations begin to disappear....the phone begins to ring with more frequency from our contacts with divorce referrals. Often couples with children want Santa to visit "the family" which will never quite be the same again....one more time before filing divorce papers. Divorcing couples are often the kind of transaction that real estate agents stay away from...."...too much drama" they complain. Not having a real estate agent trained in divorce can make for MORE drama which is often not necessary. We have closed hundreds of divorce related … (15 comments)
