Social media is often an outlet for emotion...the "done me wrong" song can easily be heard about service companies, retailers....and sometimes...Spouses. You will find the "need to air grievances" peppered throughout Facebook groups and other places. There is a difference between opinion and fact...you don't have to "like" someone...a company or service...but you do have to be honest in your criticism. If you Spouse ran away with a co-worker and emptied the bank accounts...might not be the best place to air this kind of laundry socially so the world can see it.
