The two minute "do overs", the sage advice given by all the real estate experts on TV....are things that Sellers sometimes take note of and greet you with their list from the television gospel of "do's and don'ts." The "instant fixes and upgrades" that happen in minutes because the show is only 30 minutes long....and what is "hip in trendy" in one area may not be in another....or affordable for the Sellers when it really does take more than two minutes and a quick trip to the store to change the whole look of the house.
