A walk thru a model with gleaming hardwood floors, shiny new appliances, mega kitchen islands, dramatic chandeliers, media rooms and kitchens on the lower level, a deck here, a patio there...beautiful blooming landscaping ...picture perfect and ready to call home....maybe. If you are looking at or showing new construction as an agent you need to have a thorough understanding of what is included and what is not...or may be an upgrae and is not included is the "base price" listed...the lot may not be either !
