Somewhere in real estate history there is a statistic that says about 95% of all people have no "spacial/color imagination." That may be paraphrasing a bit....basically....empty rooms...different colored walls...landscape changed...wallpaper gone...whatever the change that would make a difference in how a propery shows is difficult for most people to imagine. The questions continue...would the couch fit here...what size bed goes there...how many people could sit at the table. Virtual Staging helps take the guesswork out of these questions.
