The phone conversation began with a familiar phrase..."Hello this is....My attorney told me to call you." That familiarity comes with being the only Realtors in Wisconsin...successfully experienced and educated in both traditional divorce as REDS (Real Estate Divorce Specialists) and trained in Collaborative divorce. It may be that the house was listed by other Realtors who told the divorcing couple what they "wanted to hear"...but not what they HAVE to hear....be it right side up or upside down...the amount of imagined equity is just not what the market is accepting....and what no "about to be single" people want … (12 comments)

We get "comments" from agents, lenders and consumers all the time..."...no one else does short sales that way...I didn't have to ...I will not..." We have many closed short sales that we can list in our "closed" column. We have been educated in three states... and continue to stay on top of any changes in this specialized area of practice...and believe that it is part of our "give back" to an industry we love and the many communities we value. It does not matter to us...how another agent "does short sales" what they do or … (6 comments)
