wisconsin real estate referrals: You Got a Referral...What are YOUR Responsibilities ?

We get and give referrrals...and when we are fortunate enough to be chosen to receive a referral...we take this as very serious business....and YES...communication FROM us we believe is as important as that TO us ! I can't say that is always the case with referrals we have made despite the interview process...or how well you think you may know the agent in another area...their priorities are not ours ....and while we don't feel it is is our job to remind them to communicate...we DO ! What are our duties as a referred Agent ? Many we think ! … (21 comments)
