    With healthier markets....come stronger offers...or so you would think...and that to our minds, is how both Agents and Buyers need to think. They may be in a competing position....which they may or may not know when they are writing the offer. 
   As a Buyer...if you REALLY want this house...what  is the strongest offer you can write...maybe your agent has told you that your offer will be one of several presented to the Sellers....you want your offer to be the best it can possibly be...

   We got a phone call recently on one of our listings....and after "sleeping on it" the buyer was anxious to ...."offer an offer"....and we offered to meet with him at his convenience.  "I am not writing an offer until I know that the Sellers will accept it."  He was sure that was "real estate law" and that was how his realtor in another state told him offers were written.

  Bring on the Sellabrations...the Buyers are Out ...the Buyers are Out !  It was an exciting weekend with multiple offers on several well priced properties.....and as you browse through MLS you see the "Active with Offer" indicators everywhere...HURRAY !!!
