I think it is important as a Realtor to remember to play hard as well. Sometimes we get so busy with our transactions we forget to have fun with some of the money we are earning. Its so easy to get trapped in by over bearing clients, people droping by and with just the shear amount of work it takes to get things done in this business. Active Rain has been such a big help to me in finding and networking with other real estate agent that I wanted to share something that I have found with the agents here that have helped me so much. There is a very disturbing trend in online real estate and I feel agents need to take note and demand change. Sites such as trulia.com, homegain.com, homes.com, bobvilla.com, realestate.com, google base, craigslist, edgeio.com, hotpads.com, Oodle.com, local.com are popping up everywhere. Our consumers want a National MLS system to help them find up to date, accurate, and easy to use real estate information.
