WOW ~ Rowlett, TX ended 2013 with a bang! The City on the Lake & on the Move was named "America's Top Small City to Move To" by MOVOTO!!!  
 
 It really is no surprise that Rowlett TX, a Northern suburbs of Dallas that is surrounded by ~30 miles of Shoreline, was named the #1 "Top Small City to Move to"! As a matter of fact, in October 2013 ... SafeWise deemed Rowlett TX the 19th "Safest Places to live in Texas" ... and the neighboring cities of Wylie (#13) & Sachse (#5) made the list as well!!! Not to mention, in 2010, Money Magazine named Rowlett TX #24 in the "100 Best Places … (0 comments)
