Homes sales at the Apple Valley Lake in Knox County Ohio continues to experience a significant boost in SOLD and Sale Pending activity. The level of residential homes is rising and we are experiencing more buyer activity than we have seen since the fiancial meltdown clear back in 2007 - 2008.
