IT IS THE RIGHT TIME TO BE A BUYER.  THE MARKET IS NOT SLOW, BUYERS ARE JUST TAKING THEIR TIME TO TAKE THE PLUNGE.  THEY HAVE MORE TO CHOOSE FROM. WHEN IT'S THE RIGHT LOCATION, RIGHT CRITERIA AND THE PROPERTY JUST JUMPS OUT AND GRABS THEM, IT WILL HAPPEN.  PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE!!!!
