The other day we received a call to represent a woman in a simple real estate deal. We were to help her sell her Minneapolis condo. Entering into her home, it was obvious that life had become a bit difficult for the woman and managing everyday activities had become a challenge. The small unit was nearly destroyed. I suggested we compile the comps and establish a price, but she insisted that the price was already determined.
