I'm very proud to say that one of my recent graduates - Margaret Periera - won the award for BEST REDESIGN in our Association's annual photo contest. You can view the before and after photos HERE The contest was named in honour of our founder and my mentor, Val Sharp.

Now that the trees are bare, you can really see and appreciate the beauty of bark and the simplicity of a single branch. I really love the look and texture of unfinished wood too. In fact, I have 3 small birch tree trunks in my bedroom. Some of these decor items are fun !
