Three vacant land sales, two office buildings, 3 retail buildings,  3 warehouses, one mobile home park, two apartment buildings, one townhome complex and one future church property were closed in the month of October 2015.  The commercial sector is active in all categories.
I had the listing at 778 Valley Ct. and it was under contract within 90 days and closed after all inspections and environmental due diligence were completed.

I listed the property on  April 21st for $218,027 and was under contract by mid-July.  After environment testing and other inspections were completed the property closed on October 15th for $217,000.
