The Riverfront Trail System Provides Many Recreational Opportunities to Walkers, Cyclists, Joggers, and Fisherman.This recreational outdoor trail lines the Colorado and the Gunnison Rivers to create a contiguous path between the City of Fruita, through the City of Grand Junction, to the Town of Palisade. The Trail consists of many different sections, but I am going to focus on the East and West Wildlife Section and the Clifton Nature Park Section. Here are three great summer programs for the kids Time to start thinking about summer camp for the children. Just not any camp will do, the camp should stimulate the children's mind and body. That is exactly what makes the choice for camp so hard. I have reviewed the camp options for my 7 year old granddaugher and I am so glad that we live in Grand Junction because the camps are outstanding! Canyon View Park and Sports Complex, Grand Junction's Premier Park!
The park encompasses over 110 acres and there is a myriad of things to do! Let's start with helping you find Canyon View Park. The primary entrance for Canyon View is off of 24 Road, about 2/3 of the way from G Road to I-70. There is also an entrance just east of 24 road on G Road.
