Gross volume was $7,817,950Grand Junction's new home sales for August 2016 were 31 homes sold.  The average price was $252,194, average price PPSF was $148.97. Grand Junction area builders are still busy delivering new homes to buyers.  New home sales have been steady all year and out-paced 2015.   There are very few spec homes available, and in the Grand Junction north and northeast area there is nothing available that is ready for delivery.
