I am working with a very nice  buyers trying to find them a home in our market that has changed. 
We have gone from over supply to multiple offers and both types of markets are frustrating.
Last weekend my buyers found a home they really liked.  I contacted the listing agent and asked about the seller's availability and how soon we could expect a response.  The agent said to give him 5 days at least.
