New Home Sales in Grand Junction Signal Rebound! August recorded 30 sales beating July with 26 sales and June with 27 sales. April 2015 had 31 sales and May was the strongest with 40 sales. Grand Junction Summary New Home Sales April, 2015 had sales of new homes at 31. The May new homes sales just topped that with a total of 40 homes. Sales of new homes does not appear to being slowing down as we head into summer.
