Rented a nice condo to a gentleman from NY, he paid first and security.  The first month he was late because of "banking issues" - Yes, these things happen, I understand.  Next month late again, still not worked out the "banking issues" - third month late again, banking issues to be resolved this month, promise!  Then he was late the next month, girlfriend mailed rent check to wrong address, she has returned envelope to prove it, "she is an airhead" he says........ sure, mail it to TIMBUKTU and of course it will not go to landlord.
