Finally my sellers are calling me and saying "what do you think, should we lower the price?" WOW - they are getting it........ When I meet with client I offer a CMA, if the price to list should be $550, why do they want to list it at $575?? I make them sign the CMA where it says $550, so they can see it when they tell me to lower price........... they seem to have a "senior moment" but then "get it" after a while........I try to tell them, "nothing will sell for more than its worth, nothing!!"
