Crown Harbor Subdivision is located in Cornelius, NC. Homes are ranging from the 300s to over 1 million. Several homes are located on the waterfront of lake norman. Crown Harbor sits right off exit 28 off of Torrence Chapel Road. A new "Fresh Market" just opened up and there is a wide variety of restaurants and services off exit 28 as well. The community also features a dry storage (extra fees of course) and is located to many area restaurants and shopping.
