I've read so much about other areas of the country where there is excess inventory of homes available for sale. We get regular calls from buyers that hear that Brevard County is the place to come to scoop up those great real estate deals. "I'm looking for a steal." Now I can't blame them, who doesn't love a great deal? Brevard County property values have dropped to early 2000 prices. Our median price is down to $100,000. There are deals to be found.
