This house finally sold to the second buyer, after he waited for over 7 months. We had a first buyer that waited for several months and then decided to walk. The second buyer made his offer and the short sale lender wanted nearly $4000 more money. We told them that we could be looking at an appraisal problem at a higher price. The short sale lender wouldn't budge, so the buyer reluctantly agreed to go up the additional money.
