sandy shores broker melbourne real estate: Back from a Caribbean Cruise
- 08/18/14 06:59 AM
We just got back from a 7 day cruise out of the Port of Miami on the Carnival Glory. We traveled to Half Moon Cay Bahamas, San Juan Puerto Rico, St. Thomas US Virgin Islands and Grand Turk Bahamas. We had a lot of fun on the Carnival Glory. There's nothing better than spending time with the family. It was a relaxing week. We visited San Juan, Puerto Rico, which was absolutely gorgeous. I would like to go back and spend more time exploring the old city and learning more about the fortress. The Castillo de San Cristobal is the

sandy shores broker melbourne real estate: Looking at Houses in the Rain Can Reveal Defects
- 08/01/14 07:57 AM
Looking at Houses in the Rain Can Reveal Defects The afternoons have been really wet here. We have being have late afternoon storms with heavy thunder and lightning. What a good time to go out, afterwards and look at houses for sale. (provided the roads aren't flooded) When thinking of buying a house, I recommend that buyers take a drive by a house and through the neighborhood, if possible after a big rainstorm. Often it can be quite telling. It allows them to see if there is standing water on the street, or up in the front yard. I have been out showing houses with buyers, during

sandy shores broker melbourne real estate: Cheddar's Casual Cafe' in West Melbourne
- 07/28/14 06:10 AM
Cheddar's Casual Cafe' is located on 1-92/New Haven Avenue in Melbourne. It is less than 5 minutes west of the Melbourne Square Mall. It is a popular spot. Each time that I have gone there is a waiting list to get seated. It's popularity seems to come from it's warm ambiance, the good sized portions for dinner, the large variety of foods and the affordable prices. It's unusual for me to walk out of Cheddar's without leftovers to take home for lunch the next day. The night we went I had the dinner portion Grilled Whitefish with lemon pepper seasoning over

sandy shores broker melbourne real estate: Spending time with my girls = Priceless
- 07/25/14 08:07 AM
It seems as that the older my girls get, the faster that time flies by. With both Stephanie and Sam going to school, dance classes, and all of us working different hours it becomes more of a challenge to find time together. I really dislike that, because I really love the time we spend together. Spending time with my girls = Priceless

sandy shores broker melbourne real estate: Is this Considered Decorating On a Shoestring Budget?
- 06/27/14 05:34 AM
I am never surprised when I head out to a house to show it to my clients, especially when we are looking at investment properties. Foreclosures often turn up things that become interesting topics of discussion and this one was no exception. Would this living room be considered decorating on a shoestring budget? I bet they had a lot of fun doing it. This picture was taken in the living room of a bank owned foreclosure offered for sale in Melbourne Beach, FL.
