Video of the Bay Area Meet-Up on August 21, 2013 We had a great turnout at the Bay Area Meet-Up on August 21, 2013. We had members from as far as Sonoma and Sacramento join us.
We got to meet many members for the first time. Those members were:

With all the bad press I have given Bank of America in my ActiveRain blogs I am surprised that I have not received a call before. I did not know Bank of America had a social media team. Interesting that they call it that - don't you think. It should be the phishing for bad press on the Internet and social media sites team.

While I was tying up some lose ends at my office yesterday I logged on to Facebook to thank Laura Baker for liking my business page. I have not to date been a real big Facebook user however I am now making an effort to be more active on Facebook. I tend to get lost on Facebook due to my lack of experience with it.

I received an email from a past client the other day. She was asking me all kinds of questions about an offer she and her husband made on a short sale property in San Diego County. The questions were extensive, detailed and thought-provoking.
I do not know how they found the agent they are working with. I do know that she trusted him so little she felt compelled to reach out to me ... because "I trust you."

Phone.com – Don’t let it Happen to You! A service provider with no service!I have used Phone.com as a fax provider for approximately 10 months. During this time I have had one issue after another with failed to send errors and not receiving faxes.
I have spent far more time than I should have on the phone with the Phone.com technical support team. In early October I was given a 10% discount on my bill to be applied each month for the next 12 months. This equates to approximately $2.00 per month.

The long awaited for MeetUp took place on April 17th at the Concannon Winery in Livermore. A special thanks to Concannon for providing the venue for ActiveRain Members and invited guests to meet up.
It was a beautiful day. I enjoyed seeing so many friends again. It was a delight to meet a few members for the first time.
There were 17 people in attendance at this grand event!
