San Jose Real Estate Agents - Home Buying Process I was recently contacted by a prospective home buyer who found me on ActiveRain. The gentleman had read my profile, resume, qualifications and testimonials and said: “We want to work with you. We have loan approval for X amount but we want to search Cambrian homes and find a really good deal for around $500,000. When can we meet this weekend to sign the buyer agreement?” After we confirmed a 10 am appointment on October 31, 2010, I logged on to the San Jose MLS and completed a search for active Cambrian homes. … (17 comments)

If you have not checked your pofile recently ... I suggest you do so immediately. I was updating my profile this morning and discovered that most of the links in my profile are now directed to PORN sites. PARDON THE PHOTO FREE BLOG POST ... YOU GET THE PICTURE! In the meantime, I will be checking with the AR Powers that Be and determine how this could have happened ... and what can be done to tighten security to ensure it does not happen again.

This photo is very special and meaningful to me. It was taken at the end of the day following my brother-in-laws "Celebration of Life" party which was at his home in Chula Vista, California. Keith loved to feed the birds. The dove sitting on the tree above the feeder is symbolic of Keith watching over my sister, his wife of 32 years. Keith always said: "That's life" and "It is what it is." We all miss Keith - His inspiration lives on!

On July 15, 2010 I was contacted by a nice young lady who was searching the Internet for homes for sale in San Jose – Cambrian Park. She was looking for a real estate agent who could help her find houses or townhomes in San Jose. She said she is flexible and willing to purchase a San Jose short sale or foreclosure. After viewing many homes for sale on the San Jose MLS she wrote: "I was wondering if you could please help me or refer me to someone you know and trust for a realtor and/or lender."
