As an Independent Real Estate Broker, and Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist ("CPRES"), I am grateful for my clients and the friendships formed!
My clients are more than the lifeblood of my business, many clients have become friends.

This post is about an act of kindness by someone I know. It is inspired by something I learned following the death of a friend. I learned that our deceased friend believed something about me, something I allegedly said or did, that was not true. Someone told a straight-up lie, and it was believed as though it were truth.

I am thankful for doctors and all medical staff. They are human and as such they make mistakes. I avoid them as much as possible.
I do get my annual screenings but even something as simple as that is subject to error. Most recently, after seeing a doctor for the first time she ordered the annal mammogram screening.
Doctors note the history of breast cancer on the screening orders. This doctor’s note as to which breast had cancer was WRONG!
I called the office to get clarification on what that note meant. Does that indicate the breast that had cancer or … (21 comments)

My happiest place on earth is not Disneyland. Not even close.
My happy place is Half Moon Bay. I suspect I am so drawn to it because I spend so much time there growing up. My Dad ran a fishing boat out of Pillar Point. During the summer months, I skippered the boat.
Other times my sister and I would go horseback riding on the beach. I will never forget the time she cut school and went riding. On the way back the horses get excited because they know they are on their way home. The horse ran her into a chain-link fence. … (8 comments)

To preserve the privacy of my friend his name has been changed to Jake.
Jake was my CPA for as long as I can remember. He owned his small private family business. He is such an incredible person. A family man. Loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, etc.
Sometimes in life, we just take an extreme liking (and disliking too) to people. Jake is one of those people I took an extreme liking to. I knew I could trust him. He was honest to his core. He held nothing back.

I will never forget the day I first heard about ActiveRain. The person I was speaking with was shocked that I was clueless about this real estate community.

I decided to post this today because among the many things about nature that I love are full moons. They mesmerize me and bring me joy.
Friday, November 19, 2021, we experience the Beaver Moon. It reaches peak illumination at 3:59 AM EST. This moon is accompanied by a partial lunar eclipse.
Prior to searching for the next full moon, I had not heard the term “Beaver Moon". I learned a lot about the names of moons during my research. So much fun!
