Making agent referrals is not a random process.
The steps I take in choosing the right referral agent
For the most part, when someone needs an agent out of the area, my mind immediately thinks of an ActiveRain member. My mind has learned to “map” where my favorite AR peeps live and work. 
If I need to make a referral to an area where someone in the AR community does not immediately come to mind, I will call an ActiveRain member in the general area and ask if they know of someone they can confidently recommend in the area.

There was no sales activity in the Colony Green condo community in January 2018. The lack of inventory of homes and condos for sale in Blossom Valley San Jose continue to create multiple offers and bidding wars on the few homes that are for sale. Many buyers are simply giving up.
Sellers, on the other hand, are cashing in on offers substantially over asking price often with no contingencies.  
When a condo is listed buyers need to move quickly and be prepared to compete to win the bidding war.

I get a lot of spam from self-professed Real Estate SEO experts who take a fair amount of time to leave spam comments on my WordPress site.  
Perhaps not a surprise, many of the spam comments are from SEO companies. It could be the same SEO companies who charge big bucks to innocent clients for creating link-backs to their clients' site.  
What many of the SEO Experts spammers don't seem to realize, is that their spam comments which are left solely for the link-back, must be "moderated" or approved by, guess who?  The site owner or … (45 comments)
