January 2023 begins my 21st year in real estate. Although I already had a broker license, in January 2012, I ventured out on my own as an independent real estate broker. There were no conservatorship sales in the month of November. There are no conservatorship sales in the month of June. The data in our report includes single-family homes, condominiums, and townhouses and may not include "off-market" sales. An off-market sale is when the home is not offered to the general public on the Multiple Listing Service ("MLS").
