Summer Weather in San Jose, CA
The weather in San Jose, CA during the summer months tends to get HOT. It’s not uncommon to experience triple digit temperatures for short periods of time during the summer months. Being a native to California and having lived in San Jose most of my life, the weather in California seems to change every year. Like that famous Forrest Gump box of chocolates – we never know what we are going to get each year.

I took an afternoon away from my San Jose real estate business and spent several hours with some friends at the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum. I have to say that I remain truly fascinated by it all. I learned so much and yet I left wanting even more.

Kathleen Daniels has a policy and a promise to the sellers of the San Jose homes she lists to attempt to vet out buyers on all offers received.
To vet a buyer means to verify or check for validity, authenticity and accuracy.

San Jose received an amazing donation from Walter Cottle Lester who died at the age of 88 the day before the opening of the public trail.
It has been reported that developers offered Walter Cottle Lester more than 500 Million for the 237 acres of land. He was certainly one man who was more concerned about legacy than millions.

We have been having some very "unusual" weather here in San Jose CA. Yesterday was so eerie to me. It was clam, still and quiet. It felt like nothing was moving. It felt like what I refer to as "earthquake weather."
