An ActiveRain Meet-Up Of A Different Variety
Elisa Uribe and I had a meet-up last night with our mutual clients.
Elisa referred her friends and past clients to me earlier this year. They closed on their Willow Glen home purchase in San Jose in late February 2014.
Elisa traveled to San Jose from Richmond so we could all get together to share a meal and celebrate. I have to say Elisa was the hero of the night. Traffic was so heavy it took her approximately 2.5 hours to get to the restaurant!
Elisa had not seen their new home yet so we all went back to their house for a quick tour.

The San Jose Real Estate Market is Hot and So Is the TemperatureJust like the San Jose real estate market the City of San Jose is experiencing some real hot weather too.
This morning I picked up a friend in Willow Glen @7:45am. It was already approaching 80 degrees! We drove to Palo Alto to attend an event. It was hot there too but not as hot as San Jose.
I dropped my friend off at nearly 3:00pm and it was over 100 degrees at her Willow Glen home. There was a slight breeze but even the breeze was hot.
