texas: Bungalow Shopping and Flip Flopping
- 09/24/09 01:34 PM

Cats and dogs, with some chickens and hogs thrown in. We finished examining the details of the house and decided to make a run for the car. But, aye-eeee! The rain was ice cold so we huddled instead on the generous covered porch waiting (7 comments)

Buyers get to see the whole process: the slab and flat work, the "bones" of the house aka framing, the exterior cladding whether brick, siding, stucco or other, and the interior being finished out piece by piece. New home buyers can also purchase spec homes. The upgrades and (0 comments)

The saltwater that damaged or destroyed your plants may still remain in your soil. Consider having your soil tested if you have not done this already, to see if any nutrients need to be (4 comments)

One of my favorite photos, I admit it is a repost. Victory Lakes subdivision defines itself as well above ordinary with lovely landscaping and extensive walking/biking/jogging trails along the man-made lakes. There is a swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts and playground. Feed the ducks who parade around the lakes! Multiple bunko groups and friendly neighbors. There are currently 6 sections and a selection of builders. Sounds great? Yep. (0 comments)
