This has been a very interesting year. And in the past month or so I have had some happenings I want to share.
Probably the biggest change for this post is my new "home". Rather, my new office. But after 8 great years with RE/MAX and the balloon, moving my license was a huge change. I was there through our roller housing markets, mentoring and being mentored, my business changing and focusing on new things. I have been analyzing my web-fun-time. What do I do for fun? What kinds of sites do I visit?
Well, I mostly chat with other quilters in those free moments (Yes, little old ladies and youngsters alike! We chat 24 hours a day on an IRC channel. Email me if you are curious where.)
But I also get a tad distracted by news stories and some fun Blogs! I find myself mostly distracted by the stories written by the college students far from home, living in new places and trying to figure what is what. Their restaurant reviews can be quite entertaining!

This is a work in progress- I am a 9+ year veteran of the local real estate market, but am taking a break from licensed work as I go back to school.
