Great blog about etiquette. In our daily dealings with the public, there is not a book written about etiquette. However, we would all have a productive day if we practiced a little bit of courtesy toward one another. For buyers and sellers who are looking to have a transaction during 2017, the list below are just some of the helpful hints to abide by. There is no right or wrong when it comes to showing etiquette. For sellers...Outstanding 1. Inventory is at an all time low since 2015. Low inventory and increased buyer's demand are great news for Eastvale homeowners who are thinking of selling right now.
2. Lowest inventory since 2014. If you sell NOW, there is less competition, the greater chance it will sell quicker and for the most amount of money.
