Eastvale CA has a new ordinance! It was announced on November 30th that the new revised anti-scavenging ordinance is much stricter. This ordinance increases fines to people rummaging through trash for recyclables. It became a local ordinance after receiving complaints from local residents about scavengers in their neighborhoods.
