Do you know that there are social benefits to individual homeownership and to the society as a whole?
1. One of the greatest benefits to homeownerhip is that it is very beneficial to a children's education. Children whose parents are homeowners usually score higher on their academic achievements, have less behavior problems and have more accepted social behavior over children whose parents are renting.
2. Kids who have parents that own homes are more productive in society and much less likely to rely on welfare as an adult.
