Wow.. it has been a very long time since I have had a few minutes to sit down and blog! There was a time when I spent hours on ActiveRain, but now the Real Estate in Palmdale and Lancaster is flying off the market and I do not have a lot of spare time! Recently my step daughter entered an artwork contest "Frame My Future". I am proud to say that out of over 3300 entries she is in the top 24 to win a $1000 scholarship! Just wanted to share some fun and laughter. There are many blogs about using kids in advertising - although I have not used this photo - I have used my daughter in the past in a video of a ranch listing I had while she was riding a horse.
