Most areas of the country are in a seller's market, and often it can be tough to talk sellers OUT of overpricing their homes. We all know what can happen in that scenario - where a property is shown a bunch of times with no offers, and the seller ends up having to reduce the price a month later. So, we had an idea. What if we graphed the difference between ORIGINAL list price & sales price, based on how quickly a home sold? So, we debuted our price analyzer tool for both Gainesville/Alachua County & Ocala/Marion County. We took data from all (1 comments)
