The highly anticipated World Equestrian Center Ocala has announced their grand opening! Slated for January 2021, the facility will be open year-round, featuring both indoor and outdoor areas, and likely host many equestrian sports events.

According to Realtor.com, the real estate market appears to be shifting towards buyers. Rest easy though, while there might not be bidding wars, Florida markets are forecast to remain stable.

florida: State approves $5.5M for new commerce park in Marion County - 07/16/18 08:27 AM
 Marion County is on the rise!
Last week, the state of Florida approved the $5.5M proposal for the county's new commerce park, just west of Interstate 75. Most of the funds will be allocated to the widening of CR-484 and the extension of utility lines. Marion County's five-year capital improvement plan also includes a matching $6M that will be put toward the project.
