As clear as mud. Have you heard that expression before? I hope so. The Press of Atlantic City printed the headline "As prices fall, values remain" in the Sunday edition of its real estate section. And, I think WTF (that does not stand for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on your calendar). So, I read the articles like "Demand has declined sharply, but overall appreciation trends have stayed healthy", and I am left scratching my head. I look over the data they supply to justify the conclusion of a rebound and bingo. I see how they could be misleading my sellers into … (5 comments)

BayShore Agency leads the way with the New Jersey Association of REALTORS Open House Weekend this April 10th and 11th. A month ago the NJAR announced the first ever Statewide Open House weekend. In Little Egg Harbor and Tuckerton area there is a scheduled 54 homes for buyers to view without an appointment, just drive up to one of the homes with the blue balloon and the big R for REALTOR and take a tour of the house.

The snow job has been a long over used cliche' long before Tony Snow was a White House press secretary and I am not sure of it's origin, or, true meaning. If you google it you might be as surprised as I was over some of the definitions and use. I have settled to accept the meaning to be an attempt to be deceive as it was used in my childhood.
