UPDATE - June 21st 2008 Here we are half way through the year, and right now in Amador County, there are 534 homes currently for sale, and only 44 in escrow. Since January, 158 homes have sold with the average days on market being 183. The longest period was 633 and the shortest was only 6 days! Sales prices ranged from the high of $2,000,000 (a cabin in Kirkwood) to the low of $11,500 (a mobile home in Jackson).
