snohomish county sales: Looking at the Market-Snohomish County 2009

Recently, our office rec'd a report showing the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) data as of November 2009. It was extremely interesting to know that it appears- Months of Inventory is lower than the same period in 08 Average Market time is nearly the same YTD 09 (+2 days) though the November 09 average market time is lower by approx. 11% over November 2008 which may mean that average market time is shortening Prices have declined a bit more that 1% per month (Nov. 08-Nov. 09) The largest # of sales in price bracket looks to be $300,000-$399,999 followed by the $250,000-$299,999 range. … (0 comments)
