Can someone tell me how to find other property managers on this site? Or should we start our own group? It's a perfect fit for agents to know about us because, I don't know about you, but I pay a 20% referral fee to any agent who directs a property owner my way and I protect his/her client relationship. Troublesome Pothead Wants His Money I am a Property Manager in Santa Rosa, CA. Why is there such a HUGE gap between the financial community, real estate agents and property managers. It seems we should be working closer together during these difficult times, don't you think? I have a tenant in a Single Family house who did not pay Oct rent because the house has been taken back by GMAC (who gave it back to Fannie Mae).
