If your one of those buyers that have been waiting for the perfect time to buy a home, Then Guess What!!?? This is the time. I would love for you to call me to purchase your home, but whatever you do, just buy a home and start enjoying it. Thinkin about it too much and worrying about every little article you read about a bad market, will keep you from taking advantage of a good thing.
