real estate: Homeowners Foreclosure on Bank of America

5 months ago Bank of America filed foreclosure papers on a couples home in Collier County, FL. This was alarming to the couple because they bought their home with cash and did not have a mortgage with Bank of America, nor any other bank. The case went to court where the homeowners were able to proof their case, they did not have a mortgage with Bank of America. They proved they had never had a mortgage bill to pay, ever. The county judge ruled in their favor obviously, and ordered Bank of America to pay the homeowners' legal fees. Unfortunately Bank (0 comments)
